To get loads of bells without selling hardly anything,all you have to do is:

Make sure you have 50.000 bells,
Then put that 50.000 bells into your acount
Save the game and turn off your
Turn your back on go into your time and date and change the date to the year 2000,
Go on to acww then go to the town hall and put in another 50.000 bells into your acount,
Save and turn off your then go back on to your time and date and change it to the year 2011 go back on to acww and you will have a letter saying you have got 99.999 bells in your acouunt.
You can keep getting this amount by putting your time and date 11 years foward

Yes, it can do great things and also very bad things...

There are three big ways to cheat in animal crossing wild world.
1. Mess with the internal clock on the ds - has many uses and will only mess with the time in your game
2. Get an action replay device - also has many uses but if used incorrectly can mess up your game permanently if you are not careful
3. Use a flash cart and alter the games save file using a program called Animal Map - Flash Carts are awesome and have many more uses than just for animal crossing just search them in google. You can mess up your game but you also have the ability to create backups before you make changes so there should be no problems.

I however do not recommend cheating as it takes all the fun out of the game. Just play it the way its creators intended for best effect.

Yeah, i'd prefer not to cheat, as you then learn your own ways of making bells.
Personally I save most of my money and then it builds with bank interest...
